Lisa is a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Oklahoma and Arkansas. She is a graduate of Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas and the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She has advanced training with the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation's (IOCDF) Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). She is also certified yoga instructor through the Living Yoga Program in Austin, Texas and has completed many continuing education hours in mindfulness in the therapeutic setting. She has completed advanced course work in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Lisa strives for a wholistic approach to counseling that integrates health, wellness and spiritual well being. Her primary therapeutic approach will emphasize evidenced based treatments. The modalities utilized the most frequently are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
